he goes out but didn't go far. Was seen early morning on 29th but last seen by myself on the 28th... we are sure we heard him on the 30th and have come to a belief he may of been stolen
Black and white tuxedo like boy. He has a mark flround his leg thats like a garter. He can be both friendly but really scared and is typically good with other cats as he has siblings
