Lost Cat Domestic Short Hair from BLACKPOOL Lancashire FY2

This lost Domestic Short Hair Cat was last seen around BLACKPOOL Lancashire FY2

Oreo is a small stubby black cat, which was recently new to the area, he has a small white spot on his neck. He is quite shy with new people and runs off unless he knows you well.
We unfortunately lost him when a neighbor in our flat building noticed him on the landing whilst we went outside to take the trash out. We asked the neighbor and he said that he thought it was a stray coming in for warmth so he shoo him outside. We didn't realize he was missing until an hour later, which unfortunately he was nowhere in the area or hiding.

He has one white Mark under his chin on his neck quite small and stubby
