He didn't come in for dinner at 9pm and this was the first night he'd ever stayed out all night - previously, he'd always come home for his food and was then kept in till the next morning. We've lived in the area 3 years, so it's not new to him. He only ever goes out when a human is in the house - he doesn't have a cat flap. Very out of character to have not come home - he may have jumped into a van or car or been taken. While he is timid, he's also a very curious boy.
