This lost British Blue Cat was last seen around Upper Sydenham Greater London SE26

Smokey is a very shy cat and has been missing since the beginning of December/17 it is very unusual for him not to return home and stay at home on a daily basis.
On the 9/01/18 i returned home from a night shift at approx 10.30 am and immediately noticed patches of smokey's fur on the carpit and around the cat flap. At this time of year Smokey should not yet be molting/shedding his fur unless he is being continueously kept in the warm.
I believe he is being kept locked in the house by one of my neighbours.
None short dense grey/blue fur
