My beloved young budgie, 'Binky', escaped out of the kitchen window in the St. Leonard's area of Dunfermline on Wednesday, January 17th, 2018. He is normally a very noisy and cheeky boy, but also quite skittish. I am desperately worried about his fate due to the freezing temperatures. If by any chance at all he has flown in someone else's window or you have any information whatsoever then please get in touch. I offer a reward to anyone who has him safe and well. Thank you.

Predominantly sky blue in colour, with a slight turquoise tint to the feathers of the chest area. Light yellow coloured face and forehead. Black and white striped wings and head.
