The dog got out of pen apro 09/11\17 when I registered my dog I paid £15 and I said it was missing for some reason it came up as it wasn’t my dog was offered back to the breeder and as far as I can see it was offered to a dog rehomeing place in Doncaster I’m it’s registerd keeper why was i not notified this is what the. Pet chip is all about so rightful owners get. There pets back in this case I have been very let down and would like my pet back
