Please Help! Lost African Grey parrot - Oscar - managed to escape his cage yesterday on the 23rd July 2016. He was last seen flying around Portland Crescent, Harrow, HA7 1LT. He is mainly grey and has a red tail. We would really appreciate it if you could get in touch with us if you happen to see him or know anything. He is like a family member and our house has not been the same without him.
