This found Persian Cat was found around Birmingham West Midlands B16

These 2 cats - ginger and white/grey - are currently outside in the sun, with no food or water, on Pershore rd, Birmingham. The 'lady' of the house was asked why cats have nothing to eat or drink and she was rude,,,,cats look really sick.
