Found Cat British Short Hair from Northampton Northamptonshire NN3
This found British Short Hair Cat was found around Northampton Northamptonshire NN3
This young stray snuck into our back room several times over 5 hours this evening, following a neighbours cat around our garden and going after the hedgehog food. It ate (inhaled) three sachets of our cats food very quickly as if it hadn't eaten for days, then came back for more. It is very skittish and ran when it saw us, but stayed close, just outside the back door. It came straight back in as soon it heard food and we closed the inner door again..
We have never seen this cat in our area before, we know most of the local cats.
Yellow eyes, soft white fur w. light & dark grey brown & black patches, some have a tabby pattern. The fur on its back, back legs and bottom area is bald in places and matted, tufty and mangey in others.
