Found Bird Unknown - Other from Worthing West Sussex BN11

This found Unknown - Other Bird was found around Worthing West Sussex BN11

Exotic bird seen in my garden yesterday. I think it may be a Ross's Turaco or something similar. About the size of a crow, very dark black feathers with a blue-ish sheen, yellow beak (not curved like a parrot), bit of red on top of head, and astonishing red under-wings that only show when it flies. Seen in a garden in East Worthing. Sorry I didn't manage to get a photograph.
