Found Bird Parrot, Parakeet from Cambridge Cambridgeshire CB5

This found Parrot, Parakeet Bird was found around Cambridge Cambridgeshire CB5

Heard calling and located in neighbours' crab /Malus/ sp. tree (in east–central Cambridge) t approx. 07:45, seemingly sheltering from drizzle. Still present (just heard calling) at 09:20, at least.

Greyish cap, paler white-ish eyering, yellowish chest, red patch on belly, green vent, reddish undertail (only seen from below). I'm a bit rusty on my parrot ID, but it looks a bit like a /Pyrrhura/ sp. parakeet to me.
