Found Bird Pigeon from Staffordshire Staffordshire WS7

This found Pigeon Bird was found around Staffordshire Staffordshire WS7

The bird has a black tail/ rear area and is mainly white with black flecks at the front.

Very unusual looking pigeon appeared in my garden a few days ago and is happy to hang around. Is obviously quite tame, will let me approach and sometimes eat seeds from the hand. He/she has a pink ring on one leg.
