Patch was wandering and crying outside bridge field house, hopes Carr, stockport on the coldest night. Was taken in but recommended by two shelters to let him out. Still wandering outside the flats but being fed by people

I have nicknamed him patch as he has a white paint spot like patch on his back. In good health and neutered but no chip. Needs his owners. Seems like an indoor one cat pet. Upsets our cat.
