There is a post by a woman on Facebook (think she is in Scotland as she has provided very little details) about a grey and white cat she has "found" which is in a poor state. Many people have commented however it,s very difficult to get further information from her due to her settings which folk have asked her to change so they can help. I,ve attached a photo of the cat. Don,t know it,s sex or if neutered, chipped ,etc . I have put the post on my timeline on Facebook and contacted missing cats Scotland asking if they can get in touch with the woman who put the post on her facebook page.
