Found Cat Moggy from Newport Gwent NP11

This found Moggy Cat was found around Newport Gwent NP11

I would like to appeal again in the hope that we will find the owner of this lovely boy.
He was definitely once someone's baby. He is very mellow and happy around dogs, cats and young children. He also has a very distinctive oddity with his right eye as part of it is a different colour (see photo.)
Somebody must know his family!

Small thin male cat, poor coat condition, weeping eyes, possibly very old.
Turned up in the area about 10 days ago.
Very friendly, very hungry. Probably un-neutered or neutered late in life as he has very chubby chops.
