This found Unknown - Other Bird was found around Birmingham West Midlands B15

Found in my flat - small tropical green, bird, blue, purple and yellow in colour. I've trapped the bird in here for now but I have zero idea of how to care for one of these things so if you're the owner get in touch ASAP! I'll do my best to keep it happy and if I hear nothing over the next couple of days, I'll give it a bit of food and drink and send it on its way.
