Found Cat Domestic Short Hair from Derby Derbyshire DE1
This found Domestic Short Hair Cat was found around Derby Derbyshire DE1
Has been coming round for 6+ month but only at night and was very timid. Has been occasionally sleeping in my cat shelter. Turned up a week ago during the day, very hungry and in very sorry state. Noticed his left ear was tipped, assumed he was a feral but he is NOT. He has been socialised and has obviously had a home. He is very affectionate and well behaved. Don't know if he is chipped but will be checking later today with RSPCA.
Update:
This little boy cat, who I named Thomas (that seemed to be the only name he responded to), stayed with me for two years. I couldn't find his family and nobody genuine came forward. Sadly he passed away on June 2nd 2020 from cancer. If anyone out there does recognise Thomas as their cat, please know that he had a loving home for the last 2 years of his life and is very much missed by his human guardian and adoptive cat brother and sister.
Black fur with red/brown tinge. White socks on each paw. White mouth, throat and chest. Black nose. Black paw pads. Left ear has been tipped but he is not feral.
