My cousin has ended up with this dog somehow and is she is partly disabled. She has been told the dog does not belong to anybody and feels sorry for him and is trying to look after him. It is a massive dog and could not be getting the food he needs as she can barely look after herself. Also he is not getting walked. I beleive this well groomed dog belongs to somebody and needs to be removed from this household in Tile Cross A.S.A.P. Birmingham.
