Hi, unfortunately we have seen a dead cat by the side of the road in Rochester. It is quite a large cat with a white belly, chin and legs with a grey and black pattern on the back and tail. It has been placed on the verge of the northbound carriageway of City Way just south of Arethusea Road. Its very sad to see and I just wanted to help try and find the owner.
