OthEr Information: At about 11:10am, Wednesday 19 July 2017, I looked out of my dining room window to see two magpies, one crow, and I was shocked to see a bird that looked like an eagle/hawk (I can't tell the difference).
It stood there still for quite a few minutes, then I saw that it looked like there was something around it's legs, so it couldn't walk.
