This found Birman Cat was found around East Cornwall Cornwall PL17

I have found this beautiful catcwandering around my rural property. He cries piteously but doesn't want me to get too close. He is male and I think neutered. He is clearly lost and frightened. If he is your cat, please contact me. I believe he would respond to his owner's voice.
