Other Information: It looks like a very tamed parrot, quite small, so we think it's a pet, it looks healthy, we've given him/her water and left some fruit and seeds available, It is currently locked in our spare room for safety. RSPCA has been notified. We found it in the garden, standing on the window facing the sun, so probably was cold.
