Walking around .
The local cats began chase.
It could not fly and ran afraid .
Today it reappeared hungry and thirsty .
I caught it and it is very friendly .
Has a green ring/blue tag .
Cannot seem to fly .
I've provided shelter etc. But can't keep more than a day.
