Found Cat Domestic Short Hair from Ashby De La Zouch Leicestershire

This found Domestic Short Hair Cat was found around Ashby De La Zouch Leicestershire

I am a truck driver and spotted this cat on the side of the A42 on the northbound carriageway. The animal is situated just after the exit slip road for junction 13 and before the entry slip road. You could access the animal by parking on the slip road and walking down the bank to the carriageway or by parking on the small Sos lay-by just beyond where the animal is situated and then walking back along the carriageway on the grass verge. I was unable to do this as there is not enough room for the truck hence the lack of detail in the description of the cat.

The cat is dark in colour. Possibly black or a dark tabby. The cat also appears to be longhaired.
