This little fellow has been visiting our house for over one year. He was always ravenous and gobbled down any food left out. I took a photo of him whilst he was eating and gave it to the 2 vet practices in Tiptree 4 months ago. I also enquired amongst our neighbours if they knew anything about him but nothing. No one has claimed him. Not being able to get near him I caught him in a cat trap 3 weeks ago and took him to the vet. There was no microchip. His coat was harsh as if he had been sleeping rough. (it is now smooth and soft.) I had him castrated, wormed, de flea and the usual injections against cat diseases. I also had him microchipped. I have kept him in my house as he has to go back for the second injection. He is a very sweet clean cat and not at all aggressive.but still wary of people apart from me. I have 2 cats of my own. He gets along with one but the other is suspicious of him. I am happy to keep him but obviously if he is a beloved pet that has gone missing it would be good for him to be reunited with his owner. Today another cat with similar markings has been visiting my garden!
