This found Parrot, Parakeet Bird was found around My Back Garden! Cirencester Gloucestershire GL7

Found in my back garden very lethargic and wasnt sure if it would make it as very thin and weak!! Put into our dining room in our dog cage!!picked up over night and is eating and seems very perky now!! We have asked locally but nobody has come back to us, we are not in a position to keep the bird and if anyone doesnt claim him/her could we have advice on what we should do! Thanks

It does have a ring on left leg but doesnt appear to have anything on it ?!
