This found Bengal Cat was found around South Kensington Greater London SW7
The cat is a bengal cat wearing a neon yellow plastic (looking) collar. Seemed a bit frantic and tried to avoid people. I could not get it to come near me so I could not take it to a vet or keep him for the owner to pick up :(
I saw the cat on Thurloe Square (the street next to Exhibition Road). The cat was near Thurloe Square Gardens and was wearing a neon yellow collar that looked plastic, almost as if it came from a vet. The poor kitty seemed scared and went to multiple houses on Thurloe Square
