Found. Appears to be elderly. Visits our garden intermittently, usually at night. Will take any food our cat leaves and has appeared when food is being put out. Very timid; when food is available will remain until I've gone away but won't allow me near. Has a peculiar miaow - almost a howl. Am uncertain whether (s)he is a stray or an opportunist. First aware of their presence early this year.
